You can get a fast/slow charger and discharger for $30-$200, depending on quality, amp options, volt options, and the number of batteries and battery types charging at once.
The one for $200 is the Systema Red Version, it charges up to 4 batteries, and they each can be all different types of batteries, or all the same type of batteries.
If you get lucky, you might find one for as cheap as $10. I got the TLP 4000C, and I love it. It has an automatic shut-off switch, but sometimes I wonder if it is just more of a timer. I am still unsure, since sometimes it stops it early, sometimes it stops it right when I connect the battery (indicating a full charge), and sometimes it stops perfectly on time. I think it is part timer and part sensor, or all sensor (my battery my shut it off, due to the lower amp than what the charger expects to send in).

its a good thing to have. expecialy a car charger, incase you go to a game and your batteries arent charged.
