I was thinking, we can set up cover that is easy to take down and clean up at your grandpas, right Blake? so, we set up a hostage scenario.
3 men (the prisoners) escape from a POW camp in some country. They escape with one gun and limited ammo. (no BDU's or vests or any tactical gear). Their objective is to make it to a hidden cache in the woods or something. once they get their gear, they must rescue the fourth member from a field prison and carry his gear along to give to him. then they must make there way to the extraction zone. once in the extraction zone, they win. If they are KIA or taken hostage by the enemy, the enemy wins.
resistance for the prisoners will be light at first for obvious reasons. once they get there gear (hidden by the fourth member so they don't know where it is) then , resistance will be full. The prisoners will be given a map and clues on how to find it. I imagine this happening at like dusk and go into the night or be picked up on in the morning if possible.
rules
1. No mag or gun restrictions on anyone.
2. uniforms are set up accordingly. prisoners are in shorts and a t-shirt until they get their gear, then they can put that on.enemy units are in either casual wear or BDU pants with casual top. no equipment regulations for enemy units.
*** I actually dont give a rats ass about what the enemy units wear now.****
3. If a prisoner is hit, they must be dragged by a fellow team member to the medical equipment. if there is none, you must leave that person behind until you can get the medical equipment to them. you can carry the med stuff around but if you get hit with it on yourself, you cannot heal yourself with it. someone else has to come over and use it. Healing will be like 5 seconds holding a dead rag or something from the medical bag. If a prisoner is not healed within 30 sec-1 min of being hit, they are killed and not allowed to play anymore (time will vary depending on how difficult it will be). If a prisoner is taken hostage, then the rest of the prisoners must rescue said prisoner before they make it to the extraction zone. Enemy units simply walk away when they get hit to their next rally point. rally points are where the next part of the mini op happens
4. Rally points are places were dead enemy units go to. once everyone is dead, or the time limit is hit, the rest that are dead are allowed to be spawned back in. so this means: ONE LIFE PER MISSION for enemy.
5. Reload stations, each team will have one, a place were you can go to reload. they are NOT safe zones, they will be put back far but I cannot say that you will be safe there. you cannot use your opponents reload zone. This is because do you really want others using all your ammo? didn't think so.
6. One hit rule. Gun hits don't count.
7. Dead men don't talk. If you are dead, you cannot say anything to people who are alive.
8. During different stages in the game, certain places on the field will be off limits. this is due to it getting to big and moving to slowly. they will be designated "Mine Field" zones. we will mark them with colored cloth
9. Hostage taking can only be done by the enemy units. This can happen by either you calling surrender on someone (ten foot engagement rule) or they saying surrender to you. if you are taking them hostage, they must put their hands up and drop their gun ( or you can carry it so it doesn't get lost also with other equipment) you must grab them and keep them under your guard until you get them back to the prison. when in prison, they are allowed to escape if they can so enemy units have to keep an eye out for escapee's.
