Chase wants to know which gun is better as a sniper, the APS or the VSR, dont ask why I made the thread.

I'm not much with snipers, but I like the APS2. This might have worked better with a pole or something, but meh...

Neither. They are great plinkers, but not pratical in airsoft. You would need to spend up to 100-200 to make it affective. Unless you get a Tanaka.

That is assuming you want to go with a gas gun. If you want either the vsr10 or the aps2 and don't have a budget, then I could get you an awesome sniper for $600-$700. It would be shooting 510 fps with 0.3g and would shoot about 300 feet. It could shoot 200 feet with a 10 in. spread, I believe. This is assuming my source's tests were done accurately. But it is an awesome gun, but you couldn't field it at games that aren't private. You could switch out the spring, but then you would lose range. This is the way to go with sniping, but is expensive.
I would recommend just getting the G&G M14 and getting new hop-up bucking. Then you could put it on semi when trying to snipe, and auto when using as an assault weapon.

I doubt that the Bowersoxs would go and get the G&G M14 again. They had one before, but didnt have such great luck with it. They ended up trading it over to Ryan, where he sold it due to it not working correctly.
So Reid is Chase now getting into the whole sniper idea?

lol, "not working correctly," I think when the piston and two gears completly strip to the point that peices are dripping out of the mechbox, its not working correctly.

Yeah and that was the second one. The first one I think worked better because it only had a trigger problem, but what do I know.

You know plenty Blake. Anyways why is Chase so curious about snipers all of a sudden?

Well, the same thing happened to both of them, some important piece got worn away, Damn cheap metal.... and chase was just looking for cheap, good weaponry, not something easily found in my experiance.

Well if he wants a sniper so much, but one thats not too horibly expensive he could always get something like a KJW M700 or something for about $200 I think. It runs off Green gas I beleive and mags hold 13 rounds.
Hey Ryan what kinda snipers were those guy on Knights of Templar using? I know they were VSR 10s, but were they gas? And what company were they made by?

I doubt he'll get one now, he told me he'll probably just get a gas pistol.
